Abdoulaye Diallo, the companion of the mother of Lucas, was indicted for violence causing death without intention to kill and imprisoned. The little boy aged 4, died Dec. 14 as a result of a split liver, caused by a blow to the abdomen.
Under what circumstances? Lucas was fine when he left school. Separated from the father of Lucas, his mother, who was working that day, lived for several months with Abdoulaye Diallo Facilitator part time in a social center of the 7th arrondissement which dealt with Lucas on the evening of drama. Placed in custody and faced with inconsistencies in his first statements, he finally delivered a final version: they played ball in the room, he asked Lucas to move, and the toddler refused to make him obey he deliberately gave him a kick, but imagine the consequences.
